Music Created For Storytellers

Licensing music is easy with ARTIFICIAL NOISE RECORDS and provides legal certainty. There are two different ways of licensing:

1. USE OF MUSIC IN OWN AND COMMISSIONED PRODUCTIONS OF RADIO AND TELEVISION STATIONS WITH GEMA FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT (OR A CORRESPONDING FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT WITH A COLLECTING SOCIETY IN THE RESPECTIVE COUNTRY)

All you have to do in this case is to submit a music statement about the music used in your project to GEMA or the respective collecting society. There are no license fees for you. The basis is the contracts concluded between the broadcasters and the GEMA or the respective collecting society as well as the GVL or the respective neighboring rights society.

Such music statement contains the following information. If you use the cue sheet function (left menu) all required information will be included already:

1. Name of the work Name of the track

2. Composer(s) Sebastian Watzinger

3. Label Artificial Noise Records

4. LC number 51996

5. Number of the album AR 001

6. Name of the album Green Energy Shift

7. Duration of music use 100 seconds or 01 min and 40 sec

2. MUSIC USAGE IN COMMERCIALS, MOVIES, DVDs, IMAGE FILMS, TRAILERS, GAMES, AND OTHER MEDIA AS WELL AS ON WEBSITES, YOUTUBE, FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, GAMES, AND OTHER PLATFORMS

In these cases, please complete the following license application as accurately as possible. If necessary, we will contact you to clarify any open questions. ARTIFICIAL NOISE RECORDS will then send you a license offer in the form of an invoice, which simultaneously represents your license agreement. Upon payment of the invoice amount, the license is considered granted. All licenses issued by ARTIFICIAL NOISE RECORDS are perpetual, so you do not need to initiate or pay for relicensing. A price list with standard calculation examples will follow shortly. After licensing by ARTIFICIAL NOISE RECORDS, a music statement (see above) for GEMA or the respective collecting society is still necessary. Depending on the type of use, the GEMA tariff applies.
